SOVRANT is led by Manaz Baptiste, Founder & Principal, who serves as Fractional COO. With two decades of experience, Baptiste has designed executive operating systems and decision structures for founders, C-suite teams, private equity-backed organizations,
boards of directors, and federal operations, bringing clarity to fast-moving organizations, diagnosing what blocks momentum, and building infrastructure that creates decision velocity.
Her methodology is informed by deep expertise in organizational psychology and leadership mastery, alongside advanced training at MIT Sloan in business process design and strategic execution, the Wharton School in digital transformation, the University of Pennsylvania in entrepreneurship, and the Harvard Data Science Initiative in Agentic AI.
